Pepper honey dressing – I’ve just discovered this amazingly simple Miel de Poivre dressing / drizzle / sauce of peppercorns in a light syrup. It’s low in fat and brilliantly versatile for brightening up all manner of dishes, especially meats and cheeses or stirred into a herbal tea (found via Joanna’s food)

Track your gardening with MyFolia. As regular readers will know, I’ve been somewhat bitten by the gardening bug this last year. MyFolia is the website I use to track all of my sowings and plantings, journal success and failures and plan gardening tasks. Words can’t describe how indispensible MyFolia is (and did I mention that it’s free?). I think I’ll begin with Otter Farm. Sounds fascinating. And of course I’ll have to check out your garden in MyFolia. During these bleak, November days, I need a daily gardening fix or two.
Oh dear, all the links sound so good and so I’ll probably just keep reading through all of them right now, rather than finish writing me own blog post. I’m really not procrastinating…much.

What useful resources Sophie. It’s taken me a few days to get some time and space to give them the attention they deserved. The NHS resources are very useful, as you know I’ve signed up for MyFolia, but I’m most taken with the Redefining Diet link. I haven’t seen this site before, but boy they’ve written some beautiful, thoughtful and useful work. I’m going to enjoy exploring that site more.
