Hi all,
Meeta - Med-Flair is a great phrase for all that olive oil related extravagance!
Ruth - thanks for hosting! A pasta themed even is just my thing so I'll definitely take part again
Patricia - thank you, and don't worry, you can confess to your olive oil sins here, we won't tell anyone
Dayna - I've tweaked the timings a little bit in response to Nik's comments after he tested the recipe but hopefully it still worked out well for you
Wendy - it's good to hear that I wasn't the only one overdoing it with the olive oil!
Nik - I think you did a great job! I'm going to make use of you as a recipe tester more often now
Ashley - welcome and thank you so much for your lovely comments about my header, you've made my day :-)

Excellent tip about the olive oil. I've tried to cut back on using so much. I used to drizzle (or rather pour) so much into the pan! I also really love your header - the colours & design of it!

This was a pretty amazing dish the first time you made it for me, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do it justice when I made it for me and t'wife (you) a few days ago.
Turns out I've learnt a lot from you, and it came out just as well as yours did!
Fantastically tasty, nicely spicy, and just perfect for stocking up after a day out on the bike.

Had the same olive oil revelation recently too. Am trying to use it less as a seasoning now.
Love the sound of this dish. I'm a huge pasta fan and could eat it every day!

This pasta dish looks delicious - and I have a sort of olive oil addiction. I confess. :)

What a fantastic dish. Not only does it look great, it's not nearly as fattening as it looks.
Thanks so much for sharing with Presto Pasta Nights.

I almost always use a tablespoon when adding olive oil simply because I too tend to over-indulge in the Med-Flair!! The look and sound of this pasta dish is incredible though Sophie and I love the tip about using veg stock! Bookmarked!
