Thanks for the pepper honey tip-off Joanna - I'm looking forward to making a batch soon
Arwen - myfolia is just great, and I bet it will be even more useful with a couple of years of data in it
Elaine - Leslie Beck's articles are alway worth reading, I love the way she mixes established science with tidbits of new research. P.s glad you've managed to break your blog silence!
Kathryn - Sarah and Yishka's Redefining diet blog has some wonderful posts on it and has definitely given me a few new ideas for working with people

What useful resources Sophie. It's taken me a few days to get some time and space to give them the attention they deserved. The NHS resources are very useful, as you know I've signed up for MyFolia, but I'm most taken with the Redefining Diet link. I haven't seen this site before, but boy they've written some beautiful, thoughtful and useful work. I'm going to enjoy exploring that site more.
Thanks as ever for your thoughtful, well annotated and useful links.

Hello Sophie.
I'm going to start working my way through your interesting hand-picked links.
I think I'll begin with Otter Farm. Sounds fascinating. And of course I'll have to check out your garden in MyFolia. During these bleak, November days, I need a daily gardening fix or two.
Oh dear, all the links sound so good and so I'll probably just keep reading through all of them right now, rather than finish writing me own blog post. I'm really not procrastinating...much.
(Thanks for acknowledging the Leslie Beck link. Her columns are well worth reading.)

The pepper honey sounds great. The garden tracking looks like fun too. It will be particularly interesting to read the archives in a few seasons time.
